    I agree with cfin, kadmiels. I have lived for almost 3 years in Ireland and had an everyday contacts with the Irish locals due to my work in the spa that I have learned a lot of interesting facts about Ireland and its people. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day!

    Just a tip. Hurling and Gaelic football are the national sports. Soccer is the 4th most popular sport, rugby being third.....The language is Irish, not Gaelic, and people never were away from their Irish roots, and never stopped teaching the language, even through the years of persecution.

    Also, promoting Irish as "drinkers", is not socially acceptable in 2012. It is a stereotype.
