2017 at Disney

I have always disliked Disneyland because of the one time I took my two daughters when they were about 3 and 6 years old, which are now 17 and 20 years old. It was just me and my uncle whom by the way was in a wheel chair and considered to be a senior citizen, so it seemed like I was with 3 children! Oh my I think we only lasted about 2 1/2 hours before I was out of my mind and we just had to leave. There was just so much people there it made it so difficult to maneuver the wheel chair and to keep both of the girls by my side without loosing them. Therefore, I swore I was never going to go there again. Well my boyfriend (fiancé), the father of my son just happens to be a Disney freak so he convinced me to go to Disney land a few years ago and at this time my daughters are about 14 and 17 years old and our son is about a little over a year.

Well this day we went was actually fun and all 3 of my kids loved it! I also appreciated the fact that Disney land accommodates my daughter with special needs. We didn't have to wait in those long lines because she gets easily agitated, instead they gave us return times for each of the rides we wanted to ride on! Also because my girls were older of course was so much better to take to Disney land and as for my son; he is such a handful actually two handfuls, but his dad and I took turns running after him so it wasn't so bad!

My boyfriend got us 2017 annual passes to Disney Land!

Never thought I could turn into a Disney freak, but I did! We only live about 20 minutes away from Disney land so we were there as much as possible, we used up those annual passes and took full advantage. It was so worth it; the kids, me and especially my boyfriend just loved it. Some days we would go for a couple hours and other days we went all day and we had hopper annual passes so we would go to California Adventure as well. My favorite between the two parks was California Adventure because it was always less packed with people than Disneyland and I had 2 favorite rides; Guardians of the Galaxy ride and Soaring around the world. My favorite ride at Disneyland is splash mountain, I just loved that ride!

We went to Disneyland for my birthday in March, my sons in August and my daughter's and boyfriends birthday in December which was even more special because Disneyland at Christmas time is just so magical and beautiful! We also went in the month of October which was cool, my daughter and I dressed up in different costumes the days we went for Halloween time!

We our definitely getting Disney annual passes again but probably not until 2019 when they are done with Star Wars and other renovations and additions they are in the process of doing!

Oh I forgot to mention; that certain times of the year popcorn buckets for annual pass holders were all you can re-fill at $1.00 each time. We also would stop and eat before we went and I would take lots of water and snacks that would hold us over until we left to go eat dinner somewhere! So, the most we would spend at times was about $40.00 because we had to pay for parking which is $20.00!
