Bally's Becomes a Pet-Friendly Las Vegas Hotel

Updated on January 14, 2011

PetStay is Bally's New Dog-Friendly Hotel Program

If you're planning to visit Bally's Las Vegas, now your favorite canine friend can come with you.

Last year, Caesars Entertainment Corporation, the world's largest casino company that owns a number of well-known Vegas hotels, launched its PetStay program at four Vegas locations. They added four more pet-friendly Las Vegas hotels, including Bally's, in January 2011.

Under the new policy, Bally's allows up to two dogs, each weighing 50 pounds or less, to stay in a designated pet-friendly section of the hotel. When guests check in, they're greeted with dog-friendly amenities such as food and water dishes, disposable waste bags, dog treats, and a mat for your furry friend to lie on.

And since most guests won't want to keep Fido locked in the room, the hotel provides directions to dog walking routes and outdoor relief areas. The program even provides specialty room service menus.

Dogs are permitted to walk through designated common areas while on a leash and accompanied by the owner.

The price for bringing along your pet? At Bally's, the charge is an additional $35 per night. Other Caesars properties have different rates, so if you're planning a trip, be sure to check with the hotel before you book to get the latest pricing and policies.
