Holiday time is always a wonderful time of the year. It is a great time to spend lots of time with friends and family. Sometimes it is a great time to spend the holidays visiting a new town or city and attend their fun festivities.

Even when you just move to a new town or city, you sometimes may not know the best places in town to celebrate the holidays. Naples, Florida is a great town to attend holiday festivities in. Whether you are visiting or live here or even just newly moved, there are many fun holiday festivities in Naples around the holiday time. Below is a list, in no particular order, of the best places that have fun holiday festivities available to attend.

Mercato

Mercato is one of the best places, with food, lights, and shopping. This is also one of the places where they have a huge Christmas tree decorated with lights and so forth. They have many activities and events that are holiday related. They have a tree lighting event that takes place every year, which includes holiday dancers and music.

Fifth Ave South

Fifth Ave South is another favorite with another huge Christmas tree decorated with lights and decorations. They also have a tree lighting event every year with music performances and a festival like vibe. Besides the tree lighting, they also have many other events for the holidays after Thanksgiving through till the end of the year.

Third Street South

Third Street South is another popular place for fun holiday festivities. There is another huge Christmas tree decorated with lights and decorations. There is a tree lighting that takes place every year here, too, but it is a different night than the others. At the tree lighting, there is always music performances and “snow” that comes out from the lights along the street.

Village on Venetian Bay

The Village on Venetian Bay also has a huge decorated tree up. They also have lots of food, lights, and shopping. There are also holiday music performances and other holiday events after Thanksgiving through until the end of the year. A boat parade takes place here every year, where the people who have boats decorated them with lights and decorations, then pass by on the bay in a parade. There is an event coming up called “Holiday on the Bay” with a free Santa photo, holiday carolers and dancers, and a “snow” show, on Saturday, December 17th, 2016, from 5-8pm, with the snow starting at 7pm.

Victoria Park

Victoria Park is a popular place for locals to drive through during the holiday time. It is one of the communities in Naples, where all the community residents decorate their houses lavishly with many elaborate decorations. Every street itself has a holiday theme. It is definitely a sight not to miss.

Whether you are visiting alone or with family, or live in Naples, or even just moved, there are many places in town that have festive events for the holidays. You can never go wrong with any of the places mentioned above!
