Atlanta is probably the best place in Georgia to go shopping. There are tons of malls and stores that will appeal to so many different types of people, so while in Atlanta or while looking for a place to go shopping, definitely check out the different malls, especially Discover Mills.

I'm not much of a shopper, and neither is my boyfriend, but for some reason we both decided to check out the bigger malls in Atlanta, since we live so close. We walked through the Mall of Georgia, Perimeter Mall, and Discover Mills mall. And, in all reality, the reason for the trip was really to check out Discover Mills mall; we even found a hotel right next to the mall, which was quite convenient.

The mall included a few stores we found interesting, such as Crocs, Sun & Ski Sports, a airsoft gun play center, and even a remote control car store. Although, we didn't buy anything, we both enjoyed walking around the mall.

The stores in Discover Mills mall feature top fashion, which is something that I'm just not that into. I'm not big into the popular fads and trends, but for those who are, this is a great place to walk around and shop.

Check Out The Mall

This is a fairly new mall, but while walking around, you'll find people of all ages window shopping and touring the mall.

Medieval Times tends to capture a lot of tourists, as well as parents with younger children. The AMC theater brings in plenty of teenagers, youth, and adults to watch the newest and best movies. The LEGO outlet store was pretty cool to check out, as was the airsoft guns and remote control cars.

There are stores that fit all ages, but you'll find that most of the stores are clothing and fads.

The mall puts on various events and super sales, so make sure that you check their site to get the best sales when you're going. Also, make sure to bring your coupons so that you can spend less and get more while you're shopping.

When it comes to the events, you'll have to check with the stores to see when they're going to be having their store-specific events, like the LEGO club meetings, otherwise, check out the posts for the Kidgits Club and various mall sponsored events, such as the Health Fair.

If you live closeby, you may want to purchase a Discover Mills gift card that can be used at any store. This is a great gift, especially for those in the Atlanta area.
