AJ's NY Pizzeria is a New York style pizzeria that opened recently in Topeka by AJ's, a company that has 2 Manhattan Pizzerias. They state on their website that their recipes come from Mastandos of Brooklyn, who have used these in their pizzeria for over 50 years. Their dough recipe has been modified by Tom Lehman, to make up for the lack of NYC city water.

They also have daily specials, both at lunch and other times of the day.

Just like in the big city, you can buy pizza by the slice. Myself, I love the calzones. My wife is a big fan of both their salads, and baked ziti. They offer several nice salads that can be a meal in themselves, or compliment your pizza.
