Hope Gardens Jamaica
Hope Botanical Gardens (Hope Gardens) is one of my ideal places to get away from all the hustle and bustle within Kingston especially when I want some time alone in a quiet environment with no distraction, no interruption, no noise.
Hope Gardens is an ideal place to go if you are on a low budget and just want to have a picnic date with your special someone, or, if you just want to study or chill in a peaceful environment it is the ideal place for you.
Hope Botanical Gardens is my dream place to get married mainly because of the space, the gardens, the attractions and serenity. As stated earlier it is a very peaceful environment and I would recommend this site to anyone seeking to get married in a garden setting. The garden section that you wish to host your wedding has to be rented and the funds are used to help maintain the environment. Hope Botanical Gardens is owned by the government of Jamaica and is available for the use of anyone. It is free to enter but in terms of holding functions, as stated above, a cost is attached to its usage. It is safe for tourists, children, the elderly (the young, old, in between). fee is to paid.
Hope Gardens Botanical Gardens has a variety of plants. Some of the trees on this vase land (over 200 acres) are hundreds of years old with an history behind them. The Garden was created around 1873 from an estate of one the English Colonizers, Major Richard Hope. In the Garden you will find Jamaica's National Tree, The Blue Mahoe. The Blue Mahoe produces primrose colored flowers which blooms in the mornings and as the day passes its color change. You will find orchids and other indigenous plants within the garden.
So, when you want to kick back and relax, enjoy some quiet time or have fun with your family without any digital medium, or even host you wedding or any special occasion, then take a trip and visit Hope Botanical Gardens in Jamaica!
