I am not sure, whether they are charging such an initial charge. But if they are charing, there is a chance that it may be for activation only,it will be credited back

I recently got an IRCTC credit card. Actually when I went to SBI bank, they encouraged me to take this card. But just after I got my card activated, an amount of Rs.1500 was deducted from my account. I heard that there is a service charge of Rs.500 for one year. Will I get the money back?
