MYRTLE BEACH SOUTH CAROLINA BEAUTY ABOUNDS

One of the most fantastic and beautiful places on Earth is Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The striking scenes of nature arrive on the panorama and continues throughout the day into the night. The extraordinary views of nature, people, beach, water and buildings are eye-opening and magnificent. As the sun starts to slowly come up from the horizon, it radiates colors of red and orange, which makes for one of the most beautiful sun-rise scenic sites.

MYRTLE BEACH ACTIVITIES

Myrtle Beach lends itself to many activities, including walking on the beach, horseback riding, surfing, fishing, bicycling, hiking, walking, camping, sunbathing and just plain relaxing. In other words, this can be the place to soothe the nerves or get back to nature. Many vacationers come to Myrtle Beach to take in conventions, shows, shopping, fishing, boating, swimming, seeing the sites or to get away from the hum-drum of their daily busy lives, while others meet family, friends and new acquaintances and social contacts.

In the summer, the massive amounts of people gather on the beach from March though September with tourists visits starting to dwindle to a crawl about October. From October till about the middle of April, the beaches are almost bare but still a few vacationers arrive daily. In the winter time, there are still some shows and events that pull some attendees to the fabulous vacation spot. A few tourist brave the cold humid wind from the ocean that keeps most people from the sandy shores during the winter months.

Myrtle Beach Happenings

At Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, there are always something happening, although it does slow down in the winter time. The seafood restaurants and cafes serve some of the best sea food in the world, but a visitor may have to enquire which ones are the best and and at a reasonable price. Shows, which include gospel, blue grass and country themes, and malls are other big attractions that are at or near Myrtle Beach. Deep sea fishing rigs, which depart from Murrell's Inlet, which is near by, venture off the coast of Myrtle Beach to try to catch the big one. Sights, sounds, feelings, touch and spiritual emotions take place in this very beautiful, striking and stunning work of man and nature combined. When one looks around, the impressions of greatness, grandeur and splendour abounds and the feelings of contentment and peacefulness begin to come from within the soul.

Myrtle Beach Vacation

The vacations to Myrtle Beach have always been very pleasant for me, but in the summer months, travel can be a hassle to get cars from point A to point B. During the tourist season, the beach area is very popular and very crowded with people and cars. There are times when the traffic takes hours to go just a couple of miles down the scenic route of the city. If there is construction in the city of Myrtle Beach, the movement of traffic may take longer. For this reason, bicycles are fast becoming a mode of transportation in and around the city. Myrle Beach is a fun and exciting place to visit with many attractions, events, campgrounds, hotels and there is something happening all year.

MYRTLE BEACH HOTELS AND WEATHER

When planning your vacation at Myrtle Beach, consider the ocean front hotels. The Grand Strand area has hotel after hotel right at the ocean front or with an ocean view. These are usually cheap in the winter time, but can be very expensive in the prime summer season. The hotels in Myrtle beach are abundant and plentiful but to get a great one during the peak season might be difficult.

The Myrtle Beach weather can change in moments notice, going from 95 degrees and blazing sunshine to drenching rain and a drop in temperature causing a muggy, wet and soggy sensation. The humidity can at times be almost 100 percent, resulting in excessive sweating and heat exhaustion. In the winter time, there are two or three months that have lows in the 20's and 30's and with the high humidity, feels much colder.

Myrtle Beach is one of the places worth visiting and vacationing. There are many activities to keep a person and their children busy for hours upon hours. This area of the Atlantic beach is known for the very white, fine and squeaky sand. The regulars say that the sand is clean when it squeaks under your feet and at Myrtle Beach, the sand does do this. This is one place that you can visit and will remember its beauty for years to come.
