Oregon is located on the West Coast of the USA
For those of you who are not familiar with the great northwest or USA, Oregon is a state in the United States of America located between California and Washington. It is considered one of the most scenic places on earth with every type of climate and scenery all in one place.
There's the high peaks of the Cascade Mountain range with active volcanoes and many ski resorts in the winter months, many huge rivers wind downwards through forests, towns and cities to empty into the Pacific ocean.

Large populated cities and the main highway corridor from Mexico to Alaska make up the busy areas of the state mainly in the valleys that lay between the Cascades and Coastal Mountains.
High desert in the eastern half of the state. Off the main highway, small towns dot the landscape every few miles. The coastal highway is a favorite of motor-homes and vacationers who can drive the beautiful two lane along the whole west coast from Mexico to Alaska, going through California,Washington and Canada along the way.
