Located on the Champ de Mars in Paris, the Eiffel tower is the tallest structure in Paris and is also considered as one of the most visited paid monument in the world. The 324 metres tall tower has three levels for visitors, with restaurants on the first and second levels and an observatory in the third level. The Arc de Triomphe is yet another major monument in Paris and is a perfect example of Neoclassical architecture. With a height of 50 meters, the Arc de Triomphe in Paris is located on the right bank of the Seine. The Arc de Triomphe serves as one of the best travel spot to visit in Paris and holds a lot of historical value. The Arc de Triomphe was commissioned by Napoleon in 1806 to commemorate his victories, but the irony is that he was ousted before the arch was completed.
