Port Isaac is a small fishing village in Cornwall and the home of the ITV drama Doc Martin. Port Isaac is a beautiful little coastal village and is a lovely place to visit at any time of year. There are lots of interesting rock pools which are full of marine life and are ideal for children to look around. The sea here tends to be quite calm due to it being an inlet, this means it can be a good place to go swimming as the waves are not usually quite as big here.

There is some stunning coastline in this area that is well worth exploring. Cornwall has some amazing beaches, great surfing and spectacular coastal walks.
