Background

I have lived in the county of Westchester NY for over 30 years. It is close to many shopping centers but the biggest by far is the Woodbury Commons. Located just across the Hudson river in Central Valley, it is home to over 220 stores. It is probably the largest outlet mall in America if not the world. I have been going to this place since its inception back in 1985. It just seems to grow and grow. Recently, it has gone through a total renovation and additions. It is an amazing place to shop and you have to experience this first hand.

The main attraction is the many name brand stores with their discounted products. You can find discounts of 50% or more on many if the brands such as Gucci, Burberry and Coach...

Details...

This shopping area is unique. Besides the large number of premium stores, it contains a food court with many healthy options. Another fact is some of the more popular stores limit the number of people. You may have to wait outside until some patrons leaves to make room. You may also encounter a high percentage of Asian shoppers. They are tourist to the USA and wants to buy name brands to being home for gifts or resale.
