Andorra
Andorra, officially The Principality of Andorra, is the sixth smallest country in Europe. Its capital is Andorra la Vella. The population of 83,888 has the second longest life expectancy in the world.
Situated in the eastern Pyrenees, between Spain and France, it has the highest capital city in Europe at an elevation of 1023 meters.
The Principality was formed in 1278 and the role of Monarch, is shared equally by the President of France and the Bishop of Urgell, Spain.
The official language of the country is Catalan and its currency is the Euro, even though it is not a member of the EEC.
Its principal income is from tourism, welcoming 10.2 million visitors annually. It is also known for being a tax haven.
Liechtenstein
The Principality of Liechtenstein is the only country that lies entirely in the Alps. It is bordered by Switzerland and Austria.
Its population, of 35,000, enjoy the highest gross national product per person in the World.
Its size is 160 square kms and has a constitutional Monarchy, divided into 11 Municipalities.
It is known as a tax haven and has a strong financial sector located in its capital Vaduz.
Its official language is German and its currency is the Swiss Franc.
Luxembourg
Officially known as, The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. It has a constitutional Monarch and is ruled by the Grand Duke.
Luxembourg is a tri lingual country with official languages of German, French and Luxembourgish.
A landlocked country, bordered by Belgium, France and Germany.
After the United States, it is the largest investment bank center. The official currency is the Euro.
Skype and eBay are two internet companies that have recently moved their regional headquarters to Luxembourg.
Monaco
The Principality of Monaco, better known as Monte Carlo has the Mediterranean Sea to its south and France on the other three sides.
Monaco is well known for its Casinos and for being a tax haven.
It is the second smallest country, by size, in the World. The Vatican City, being the smallest.
As well as for its casinos, Monte Carlo is also known for its Grand Prix racing. The Monaco Grand Prix takes place on the streets and is considered one of the premier races in the World. It is also known for the Monte Carlo Rally which is probably one of the hardest rallies to be held.
