The Most Awesomely Beautiful Place I have ever been to.
Beauty is what we see and are speechless when we see it, especially God's magnificent creation it is indescribable!
I haven’t seen my little sister in almost fourteen years on August 5th 2014 was the first time I physically laid eyes on her she came back home with her husband. When she left our country she was only nine years old, so she cannot recall a lot, also our country has developed so much since her departure in 2000.
My sister is like a tourist because she left when she was just a child. I have taken up the role as being her tour guide so we have been visiting different nature places thus far. On Tuesday August 12th ,2014 I decide to take them on a hike to the Maracas Water fall in St. Joseph.
It took us about thirty minutes or just over to get there from the Capital city Port of Spain. We inquired a little from the villagers to find out how far exactly is the falls from where we have to park. The gentle man told us it’s about approximately twenty minutes after we park. I guess this depends on how fast you can walk, I parked the car and we all took our bags out, we walked with clothes just encase its safe enough to bathe.
My uncle and nephew led the way; my nephew was very excited to go on this trip as he is a man of nature and the wild LOL. He is just ten years old but is super smart a modern day Einstein! The trek took us about forty five minutes up the mountain, the road and trail was good I thought we would not have reached as we kept going deeper into the forest, we were sweating profusely and of course breathless , because this mountain where the fall is, is very high. Anyways when we were almost there we saw something like a waterfall and my uncle said this is the falls?
I was like it could never be ,is this what I walked all the way up here for? Then we saw a trail on our right and decide to follow it when we got higher up the mountain, we started to hear water falling heavily. Then there it was peaking through the bushes the FALL so awesome so magnificently beautiful it made me wonder how beautiful Heaven must be!
This is the most Beautiful place I have ever been to I did not want to leave the feeling was so heavenly. I wished for a moment I could have lived on top of that mountain, it made me think that even the animals have better habitats than us; it’s what sin has brought us to. I adore nature naturally and get excited by the greenries and sceneries.
The strange thing is I have wanted to go there since I was a child, my dad kept promising us but we never reached. I was really fascinated by this tall and handsome mountain that was throwing water from its top. I looked up and it seemed as though the sky was just a little way off, I felt as though I could touch it I was so way up high.
It seemed as though the water was pouring out of the skies and hitting the mountain. ISN'T God great and very creative? I can't see how people say there isn't a God! AHHH!
