Travelling To New York

There are so many wonderful things to see and do around the world, which is why I love travelling so much. I have travelled to many different places around the world, which is what prompted me to start writing about my wonderful adventures. Today, I will be writing about New York, as it is one of my favourite places in the whole world.

There are hundreds of things to see and do in New York, and I am going to give you a guide of my favourite things in New York. I hope it helps with your adventures while you are travelling throughout the state, and enjoy your time there as much as I have in the past.

Statue Of Liberty National Monument

The Statue of Liberty National Monument is one of the most popular tourist attractions in New York, and one of the most talked-about as well. If you are able to see this attraction, i would highly recommend it, it is pretty incredible to see up close.

The Statue of Liberty is a sculpture which is located on Liberty Island within the New York Harbor. The statue is completely made out of copper, which is about one hundred and fifty feet high. The statue was created by a professor, and symbolizes a welcoming of immigrants arriving at sea.

The Statue is of a Roman goddess, which was gifted to New York by France, which have been talked about to bring peace and friendship between the two Nations. The Statue of Liberty has some pretty interesting history about it, and is one of the most recognized landmarks in the whole world.

Madison Square Garden

Madison Square Garden is a must-see tourist attraction for all those sports fanatics out there, and you would definitely not be disappointed. Madison Square Garden is one of the most popular indoor arenas in the whole world, and is located within New York City.

Madison Square Garden is commonly used mainly for hockey and basketball, but sometimes they use the arena for concerts, Ice shows, circuses, professional wrestling, and even boxing championships.

Madison Square Garden is the oldest arena in New York, which opened in 1968. It was named after the fourth President of the United States, and its current stadium is the third one built within New York. Madison Square Gardens current structure is built over a railroad station, and is absolutely incredible to see. Currently is eight hundred and twenty thousand square feet, and holds some of the most magnificent events in the whole world.

Grand Central Terminal

Grand Central terminal is one of the busiest train stations in the whole world, and one you absolutely have to see. Grand Central terminal is located within Manhattan, it is a highly talked about landmark in the world. The interior design is magnificent beyond belief, which makes it so popular.

Grand Central terminal is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the whole world, and have some incredible history about it. Grand Central Terminal opened its doors in 1913, and served about 65 million people a year.

Grand Central terminal has 47 different platforms, and connect to the New York subway. This attraction is highly recommended oh, and when you must see while visiting the incredible architecture will definitely not leave you disappointed.

Times Square

Times Square is probably the most popular tourist attraction within New York, and holds definitely the most entertainment within the state. Times Square is commonly referred as the centre of the universe, it is known to be one of the busiest spots in the whole world.

Times Square is located within Manhattan, and is a major hub for Broadway. Times Square hold hundreds of events throughout the year, the ball drop on New Year's Eve is by far the most popular. This attraction is definitely one you do not want to Miss, the sites that you will see will leave you mind baffled.


Bronx Zoo

The Bronx Zoo is the largest zoo in the United States, and by far one of the most popular. The Bronx Zoo opened its doors in late 1899, and has about 5,000 different animals. The Bronx Zoo covers about two hundred and fifty acres of land, and also holds one of the oldest aquariums in the United States.

The Bronx Zoo has loads of exhibits, and there is something to do for the entire family. The Bronx Zoo is run by the wildlife conservation Society, and has become known as the best zoo in all of the world.


There are many other attractions that make New York unique, and one of the best places to visit in the world. There are many beautiful and entertaining things to do for the entire family, and I highly recommend travelling here.
