I had enrolled for the membership 4 days back with all false commitments given by the team at the GK branch..after having issues with the services(NO Hand Towels Available, Steam services will be offer only on 15 mins prior request) I requested the gym manager (VIJAY KUMAR SRIVASTAVA) to cancel my membership and process a refund to which he had a funny attitude and started laughing and arguing in front of the gym staff and other members, after going through this torture I left the GYM that morning and spoke to the HR head India (RESHAM THARANI) who gave me the number for the Regional Head (NIKHIL)- who assured will get back to me in 24 hours but no revert, I wrote on their web page yesterday and today no revert. Pathetic services and unprofessional approach of the entire team as a whole. Where they say WE DO NOT HAVE A REFUND POLICY SO TRANSFER YOUR MEMBERSHIP - my question is a person who is so unhappy with the services will ever recommend this GYM to an acquaintance. I want a refund of my membership fees which I have paid.Funny attitude of the top management who DO NOT REVERT and REFUSE TO PICK THEIR PHONE. I SUGGEST NOBODY SHOULD JOIN THE GOLDs GYM..JUST DON'T GO BY THEIR NAME learn from the experience of people who are TROUBLED by them.
