Best Multicuisine Restaurant in Delhi - United Coffee House in CP

If you ever have plans to travel to Delhi, I recommend you to visit United Coffee House located in E-15 Inner Circle, Connaught Place, New Delhi. UCH is a very decent place from every aspect. It is located in the center of Delhi and has close proximity to most popular places. UCH is very famous among foreign travelers. I have included driving directions and map from IGIAirport to UCH right below this review.

UCH serves a wide variety of food as it is a multi cuisine restaurant and the service and ambience is decent too. United Coffee House in CP has the most amazing coffee. Ask for coffee with cream. It comes in true English style with shining cutlery and the cream just makes the coffee taste so much better. The coffee is any day better than any of the stuff churned out by the so called fast coffee shops.

UCH has happy hours till 8:30 p.m. This is where we used to head when I was working in CP. Happy hours till 8:30 mean that you get one beer free on ordering two with complimentary peanuts. All in all, UCH is a very decent place with the number of foreigners coming there. Try Cona coffee that is really special there. You can also try cold coffee with ice cream. Food is good, from chilly chicken to chilly potato to sandwiches, everything is excellent, even the service.

Also, a few days ago I had a sumptuous lunch. I was pleasantly surprised with the fare. The chicken pepper steak was done just right and the vegetables and fries complimented it very well. The pepper was fresh and the mushroom sauce had a very nice flavor.

My colleagues ordered penne and spaghetti in Arrabiata sauce and again, we were pleasantly surprised. The sauce was too good; not the tomato type sauce you get elsewhere, very nice tang and flavor to it.

All in all, I would say if you want good continental fare, UCH sure can give competition to Big Chill Restaurant in Khan Market (International Fusion Specialist) and the likes of Flavourz Restaurant and Bar in Bristol, UK.

As far as the price goes, the chicken pepper steak was for 400 INR and the pasta was 375 or near about.

Also I have plans to visit United Coffee House on Karva Chauth again. We did it two years back and the visit was awesome. Despite UCH being overcrowded on this festival day, we were able to get a table for 10. We were 5 couples all together and ordered hard drinks for men and soft drinks for women with non-vegetarian snacks. After that we ordered dal makhani, butter chicken, and chapattis and paranthas. The total cost came to be around 10000/- INR. UCH is value for money because of the food and service they provide. So according to me, UCH was and still remains the best multicuisine restaurant in Delhi.

6. Take the exit towards Upper Ridge Road - 150 m
