I tell you, there are lots of travel destinations that you can find in the Islands of my home country, for some info, this tropical country consists of 7,107 islands! but here are some lists that for me I find them few of the best and worth travelling for! And this is something Filipinos must be proud of!

Boracay

The most popular beach resort for all tourists! Boracay is a tropical island about an hour's travel by plane from Manila. It is a tiny spot of a beautiful paradise about seven kilometers long and only one kilometer wide. There is an undeniable nice environment around Boracay where walking barefoot than slippers is much more comfortable. It has the finest white sand beaches you will ever see. Its white, powder-like sand, warm, crystalline waters and pleasant weather supply the scenery for relaxing , solitude, with loved one, or partying. Boracay is a paradise of many, providing everything the tourist could probably want from a holiday vacation. With apparently endless choice of sports and activities available. Since Boracay is a main destination of tourists from all over the world, international cuisine can be found everywhere. Whichever restaurant you end up in, remember to order a fresh fruit shake. It is absolutely a part of the Boracay experience!

Siargao Island

Aside from Boracay which has talcum- fine sand, another tourist spot has been found in the province of Surigao Del Norte. A new beach haven has been discovered in the Philippines located 800 kilometer southeast of Manila.

The tear-shaped Siargao Island is a great place for relaxing, sun bathing, partying and for surf enthusiast or even beginners. Lying on the eastern part of Surigao del Norte and on southeastern tip of Mindanao, this newly discovered tiny Siargao island brag of its white sand beaches just like Boracay and its waves which a surf buffs would surely love.

The Chocolate Hills In Bohol And The World's smallest monkey

The Chocolate Hills can be found on the island of Bohol in the Central Visayas.

The Chocolate Hills has exactly 1,268 hills in number, sizes vary from 30 metres to the biggest having 120 metres in height. They are an awesome sight. From a distance they look completely well- proportioned like a half ball shaped that has grown out of the ground. They get their name from the fact that, when the leafs become brown, during the dry season they resemble chocolate hill. As you can see from the photo on thumbnail, they are somewhat unique and it is hard to imagine that mother earth could create such nice and numerous perfect domed- shape hill.

The Chocolate Hills are seen over an area of 49 square kilometers, spread throughout the towns of Carmen, Sagbayan and Sierra Bullones in the center of Bohol Island itself. However, up to now, even experts have not reached concurrence on how they where formed. The most acceptable geological theory is that the hills were the result of the weathered formations from thousands of years ago.

Tarsiers

Said to be the smallest monkey in the world, its classification is confusing although formalist point out it’s not a monkey,.They are characterized by their thin fingers, small bodies and a pair of huge eyes. The Philippine tarsier can turn its head at 180 degrees. It needs to do this because the socket of its eyes could not move. Oh and these little tarsiers look very slow and relaxed, just like a Koala, but don’t let that fool you because they move really fast. Fortunately, the tarsiers are harmless and pretty laid back so you can definitely take some pictures next to them or even holding or touching them!
