Gordon Hamilton is a British Internet writer and content producer. He writes principally on the subjects of food and drink, sea fishing and travel. He is presently back living in his home town of Wishaw, south-east of Glasgow, in West Central Scotland. He has also lived in Edinburgh and in West London.

Gordon was the Food and Drink Channel Manager for the former Helium.com between 2009 and 2013. He also wrote extensively on private writing projects sourced through the Helium Network. He has maintained a number of blogs over the years, written for various Internet platforms and undertaken a wide variety of independently sourced writing projects.

In September 2015, Gordon launched a whole new project by starting to self-publish on the Amazon Kindle Platform. He has started his own "21 Bespoke Recipes" series, where he takes a particular food ingredient and looks at providing 21 different, innovative and tasty ways in which the particular ingredient can be prepared, cooked and served.

When he is not writing or cooking and experimenting with food, Gordon loves pub socialising, sea fishing - both from the shore and boat - and travelling to new places in pursuit of new experiences, making new friends and finding new foods and drinks to sample and enjoy. He has travelled fairly extensively around his home country that is the UK and in mainland Europe but is yet to venture further afield. He loves Germany in particular but also very much Austria and the Czech Republic.

Gordon is a huge football (soccer) and horse racing fan. He has for many years (more than he cares to recall) been a season ticket holder at Ibrox Stadium in Glasgow, home of Rangers FC, while he likes a punt on the horses as well as visiting local racecourses when he gets the chance.
