Carlton Haynes is the innovative, professional chef by trade who loves to cook. A few years ago, Carlton had to stop cooking because of his physical disability. Determined to live a normal life as possible; determined not to let his physical disability stop him, with the support of family, Carlton has returned with a new zest and a renewed love of cooking.
Carlton studied at The Restaurant School of Philadelphia accredited by Johnson and Wales University and is involved in multiple projects. He is the owner of Triple H Catering and Consulting Service and Chef Brand Food; he is currently a food writer for DV8 weekly an online lifestyle magazine; he has co-written the Digital Cookbook, Volume 1, with Shadeed Eleazer. Carlton has just completed the Handicapped Chef Cooking Network, a website geared towards helping people with disabilities and developed “Spice it up Seasonings,” his signature line of spices and seasoning.
