We had a hard time creating a list of only the top 3 Mario games for the Wii, but I think we got a good list here. Our decisions we based off of a few different key point:

1. Playability, " Can anyone hop in a play this game with you ?"
2. Classic-ness, how well the game compared to its earlier original versions?
3. Overall fun factor, how fun was this game to play by yourself and others?

New Super Mario Bros. Wii

This is the Newly Revamped classic! Super Mario Bros was one of the first Mario based video ever. It is still highly regarded as one of the best video games of its type. It all started back in the mid-late 80's with Mario and The Princess Toadstool.

This iconic video game is practically the symbol for Nintendo. Altogether, the Mario Brothers series hold the top 3 spots in Nintendo's Best selling video games ever. With the original Super Mario Bros Video game for NES being the 2nd best selling video game in the world ( +40 million units ). The number 1 best selling video game in the world is Nintendo Wii Sports ( +66 million units ).

This is our #1 pic for Best Video game with Mario. Almost anyone can hop right into this game. Its just about as classic as a video game can get. It has not lost its simplistic qualities of its original version. This game can also be very fun, not as much, in the sense of 1on1 killing action as other games. But hey, it can't please everyone. This game I would recommend for us older people who want to remember the "good ol' times " and anyone with kids who love the Mario series.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl

This is very similar to the Original Super Smash Bros. Video game for the N64. Which most of us enjoyed very much! There is nothing more fun the beating the crap out of one another with objects from everyone's favorite game. From Pikachu to Zelda and Samus Aran to Kirby all of your favorite characters are in there to destroy.

This is just a newer take on a great classic. Due to the fact there is not much of a story line or RPG style levels, basically anyone can sit down and have a good time with this game. Also one of the best contributing factors for us, is the level of fun one gets from winning or losing a battle. Its good by yourself, but its fun playing with friends and family. Nothing like absolutely demolishing your friends in this game !

Mario Kart Wii

Mario Kart Wii adds on the excitement with this excellent Racing game! Its packed with new characters ( including your custom Mii character ) and tons of new twists and turns on our favorite tracks.

This is packed with fun, playability and is a improvement on its earlier versions. Mario Kart Wii is one of the best racing games for this console system. Easy to use controls, cool tricks and power ups and courses that Wil surely entertain even the 100th time around the track. We personally feel that this racing game is more fun then most or those other race car games on the market.
