How to Get Lots of Free Backlinks

Updated on November 21, 2017

Multiple Free Backlinks

Thanks for visiting my hub on how to get free backlinks. Backlinks are a key component of any successful online income strategy. More backlinks generally means a higher page ranking; a higher ranking means more traffic; more traffic means more income. With that in mind, almost everyone is aware of at least some method of getting backlinks, whether if be writing articles, building hubs, participating in forums, etc.

However, in this hub, I'm not talking about the one-at-a-time backlinks you'd get from, say, Redgage.com or other social bookmarking sites. I'm talking about getting free, multiple-backlinks in one sitting that will give you a lot more bang for the buck. That said, please read on and see if there's anything that can help your current backlinking strategy.

(And just for the record, I have no issue with Redgage; it's a fantastic place to bookmark your sites because you can actually make money from doing so. In my opinion, you're missing out if you haven't signed up and started promoting your content there. Even more, I recently won $25 in the RedGage Daily Contest - twice! - for a total of $50, so it really is in your best interest to sign up there.)

SocialMonkee - 25 Backlinks Per Day!

SocialMonkee is an automatic backlink-builder that lets you build 25 free backlinks to the URL of your choice every day. For free! That's 750 backlinks per month!. The 25 sites to which they post are randomly chosen, so you aren't likely to get the same sites every day.

The only drawback is that, for the free version, you can't submit the same URL more than once. However, under the paid option - the "premium" account - I believe you can submit up to 3 URLs daily that will be posted to 100 sites each (that's 300 backlinks per day, or 9000 per month), and you can submit the same URL every 14 days. Moreover, if you get twelve referrals, you will be automatically upgraded to a premium account for free.

247 Backlinks - Get 1000 Free Backlinks!

Believe it or not, 247Backlinks will provide you with 1000 (yes, one thousand!) free backlinks. Even better, you get to create projects with your target URLs and keywords. Put another way, it will create backlinks at exactly the time you specify, using the specific URLs and keywords you want to promote. Finally, you will receive a project report containing a list of all completed backlinks. if you decide that you like it, you can buy additional backlinks for only $0.001 each.

SocialAdr

SocialAdr.com adds a very interesting twist to the medium of social bookmarking. Basically, after joining SocialAdr, you have to sign up for about 20 social bookmarking accounts - all are top-notch sites such as Delicious and Twitter - or you can use existing accounts if you already have them on the sites in question. These accounts are then integrated with your SocialAdr account, so that you can post to them automatically rather than signing in to each individually.

And now, the part you've all been waiting for: how to get your backlinks. Simply put, you will be posting the links of other SocialAdr users to your social bookmarking accounts. This, in turn, will earn you credits, which you can then use to have others post your links in their social bookmarking accounts. Basically, it's a bit of a tit-for-tat system, but the beauty of it is that rather constantly posting your own links in your own social bookmarking accounts, others (real people, not bots) will be posting your links to their accounts. The result is that you get lots of links every day in a manner that looks completely natural.

Naturally, there is an option for a paid subscription. In fact, that are several options if you wish to pay, each of which not only gives you exponentially more backlinks, but also deletes the posting requirement. In other words, with a paid subscription, you don't have to worry about earning credits or having to post links for other members. You just enter the URL you want backlinks for and any related information - a true "set it and forget it" option.

OnlyWire

OnlyWire really doesn't belong in this hub because it actually doesn't offer free backlinks. However, what it does offer is a free trial of its service, which basically lets you automatically post to up to 48 well-respected social bookmarking sites, such as Twitter, Digg and Deliciious. (You have to set up your own account at each.) You get 300 free submissions, so you pick whatever URLs you want bookmarked and the sites you want them bookmarked to. Also, there's no time limit on the trial; it stays in place until you use up your 300 free submissions.

Basically, what OnlyWire is selling is convenience. Rather than having to tediously log into all of your social media accounts individually and them bookmark your URLs (which eats up gobs of time), you simply enter your information once and post it to all sites. Not a bad deal, really.

You can check out the service here: OnlyWire.com.

Backlinks Genie

Another entry in the field of automatic linkbuilding is Backlinks Genie. While several different types of linkbuilding are available, Backlinks Genie seems to specialize in multi-tiered backlink building, which works something like this: You might have your target site (your blog or website) in the top tier, with several other properties in the second tier linking back to the first-tier site. Then you have tons of sites linking back to your second-tier properties. The result here, of course, is to help your target site rank higher and thus get more traffic (and earn more income).

Backlinks Genie makes its services available for a starting price of $9.99 per month. However, there is a one-month free trial. If you are interested, you can find out more at BacklinksGenie.com.

Everybody Needs Backlinks

In you are interested in maximizing the earning potential of your sites, you usually have to put some effort into backlinking. All of the sites available here can ease the backlinking burden considerably, leaving you free to focus on the other things that will earn you income, like developing content. Moreover, as they are all free (or offer a free trial), it is probably worthwhile to check them out and see if they help your own backlinking and income-producing efforts.
