My page views for the day tripled in the last ten minutes.
The question sums it up pretty well. A ton of my Hubs just received a ridiculous amount of attention in the last ten minutes......more than they have for weeks. Is there a reason for that? It's scaring me a bit.
Have you checked your traffic sources? Maybe your hubs have started to rank well in the SERP.
Would that happen for all of my Hubs at once? I was under the impression that it would occur during random intervals depending on the individual Hub. They're all getting loads of attention.
It could happen. I suggest you look at Google Analytics and check your traffic there.
I doubt it's scaring you. Go to your hub and click on the Stats tab at the top. This will allow you to see where your traffic is coming from.
I agree with faceless39. Check your hubs and stats. You also probably put in the right keywords for your tab. Obviously your hubs is interesting to your audience.
Scared? Probably best delete everything if that's the case.
Perhaps scared was a bit harsh. I was more so concerned that something illegitimate was going on. Abnormalities raise questions.

I am experiencing an overall average off 66 percent less page views per day, for seven days versus a week previous and for the past two months. Such a huge drop in page views makes me think that Google has tuned up something again. I do know that I don't have the time and energy to keep...

I hear people talking all the time about hubs that produce good readership, but I know this number differs for many. In your case, how many views per month do you think is good for any given article? Just curious.

Can anyone explain why my page views have plummeted in the last few days. They have gone from 300 per day to 25 per day. Before December I was steadily increasing page views and was up in the high 300's. Throughout December the views slowly dropped down to the mid 200's then out of the blue 3 days...

I joined HubPages just over a week ago, and I have achieved over 200 views. Keeping in mind I have no SEO knowledge whatsoever, and hardly know about keywords, I think this is pretty good, but i may be wrong...Can anyone help me figure this out?

Is anyone else seeing a strange spike today? I've been getting less than 10 page views per day lately, but it's over 500 today and still rising. The source is undetectable using Analytics, Webmaster Tools, or HubPages Sources. I'm still getting 0 from Google and less than 20 from HubPages.What's...
