What is the best way to title a series of hubs on the same topic?
If writing a series of hubs on the same main theme, is it best to have the same title for each hub and then simply and "Part 1", "Part 2" and so on? In this case, would each individual hub be indexed separately by google, or would google lump them altogether.
Each hub is indexed separately. Give each hub a separate, unique title. You can use the same main keyword in the title, but it's not beneficial to title them Part 1 and Part 2. You can connect them in the actual hub content by giving reference one to the other. Because of the nature of how Google crawls the web, the articles would not be lumped together.
Thank you rebekah - I note with interest what you say and will bear it is mind. Thank you for recommeding a method. I am wondering if changing the names of existing hubs using Part 1,2 etc will have any negative effect?
I have a hub series called "My life." They are titled 1 through 6 and have done very well.
I would say to use titles that set them apart, but link them in the hibs itself (as Rebekah suggested.) You can see examples of how I have done this if you look at my series of 'Life Modelling' hubs - They all have distinct titles but ar epart of a series and linked as such in the hubs themselves.

Hello Hubbers! I was wondering if there is a recommended maximum length for a hub? I started writing one, and then realized that I have enough information to write a book. So I decided to break the info into eight parts (translation: eight hubs). I started writing part one, then realized that i...

Unrelated links influence how Google sees a webpage. Can we please get the "More by this Author" changed so the hubs displayed in it are on the same topic as the hub?I like seeing some of my own hubs on the bottom of my hubs, but it looks bad when it's a hub about cake decorating on the...

I have been getting into the habit recently of finding a decent hub title (via the google keyword tool), starting the article, and then moving on to something else having not finished it (or not even started it in some cases). Occassionally they never get finished and get deleted instead.I found...

What is a hub called that introduces a series of hubs and that links to the individual articles of the series? (In squidoo we called that a lensography).
