Is there another way to back-up my hubs? All info says to use print button, pdf, save but it's gone?
Any other options besides copy and paste or screenshots. Searches seem to refer to a button no longer available, or am I just being blind? I have tried to find an answer on help e.t.c but am now going cross eyed, and cant find anything relevant. Thanks in advance.
I write my hubs in Word on my computer and then cut and paste here. That way I have a permanent copy already on my computer. I am hesitant to back up anything to the internet.
I also use this method. And it helps to back them up on a flash drive or external hard drive from time to time.
I write my hubs here and then copy/paste them to Word. It takes a few more minutes doing it that way, but it works best for someone like me who always seems to accidentally delete stuff when I try to take short cuts.
I also use Word to backup the text of my Hubs. As most of my Hubs are how to's, I also keep all the examples I work through in an Excel Workbook, each hub on one tab. Finally, I back up all my photos in a folder so that if the worst should happen, I have everything to hand.
I use the same method mentioned by others here: Create in Word, Copy, Paste.
If you don't want to keep up with flashdrives, discs or other physical means of storage you can use online Cloud systems. Most charge you a fee so if you ever stop paying them you'll lose your information but many individuals as well as corporations are going to this form of back-up.
Google, Amazon and a few other companies have Cloud storage systems.
Make sure you use a reputable company and not some fly by night newbie so you insure your work is secure.
Of course, if you don't want to pay for a Cloud system, you can email yourself your Hub docs and they are stored in your email for free

How do I take a picture of a web page?

Neither "Microsoft Print to PDF" nor "Save to PDF" show images in hubs when an attempt is made to print to file. I presume this has something to do with images being embedded and stored in a document versus them being pulled in from the server as needed? However when I...
