I have an idea for using some of my hubs and associated photos on a CD/DVD. Is this permissible...
Is this permissible with Hubpages? I would like some feedback because I need some additional income and it is not coming from Hubpages and Google.
If you own all the content including photos then you own the copyright, so yes you would be able to do a cd or dvd, but I guess you would have to add extra value since people would have the free content, unless you are going to unpublish your hubs and then exclusively have the content on cd or dvd!
It's worth a try isn't it?!
I agree totally with waynet, you need to have that something special or no one will buy it. I used to sell information products on ebay with great success but since they stopped electronic delivery it went down hill from there, as people want the info there and then and hated waiting 3 days for delivery of a cd/dvd. hope this helps.

How do I can get the ads of my choice on my hubs or blogs. For example, I am writing on the topic of Islam. Now, it will not be acceptable for me to have an ad propagating Christianity or inviting youngsters for friendship, which is not permissible in Islam? Is it possible to get the adsense ads of...

Hello!I'm writing a hub about sexism and there are some profane words relevant to the topic. Is it acceptable to name those? If so, will that be a less respected hub?If it's permissible, is it better to use symbols to block out certain letters in the profane words?Thank you! -Katie Kizer

Is using humor in your hubs a good idea?I think it can make your reader feel comfortable and familiar with you, but some might argue that humor makes you look less professional or knowledgeable. What do you all think?

I think it would be neat if there was a feature or a page that could be added that would have suggestions to update hubs. For instance here are a few features on this page that would be helpful: Hubs that have not been edited in 60 days or Hubs that need Freshened up. Hubs that could use more added...

On thinking about the 2 hubs that I just did, I'm thinking I should have split them into 3 hubs each instead of 1 hub. So instead of 2 I would now have 6 - they would have been shorter and probably clearer. If I want to go back and unpublish those 2 hubs and then redo each of the 6...
