In the past all 24 of them were there. What can I do to assure that all of my hubs appear on my profile page?
If you go to your account page, do only two of them have an 'H' in 'featured' column?
While we don't recommend it, Dancing Water, you can have all of your Hubs, not just those which are Featured, shown on your Profile page by going to My Account > Profile > Edit profile, and changing those settings at the bottom of the page.

I can find an existing hub on my account page but when I try to feature it on my profile page I can't find it on the menu (as if it doesn't exist)
