Hi tech team,
when I composed my article and reviewed the add on sections below the article itself , I could not actually edit the content of any of the capsules so I had to delete them all. I don't know if anyone else had the same issues but this is what just happened to me, hope you can assist for next time, thank you
Sometimes it's just a bug. Normally if I notice that, I save my work, exit that tab, and then open a new one and try again. It's annoying, but it generally fixes itself.
I would have copied it to my Word, edited it there and waited until the Hub worked and then copied the rewritten work back into the Hub and saved it again.
Sorry you had problems editing your Hub.
Many times what you are describing can be caused by problems with your internet connectivity.
It could also be related to your specific browser.
It looks like you have Windows 7, so you may want to try Chrome or Firefox.
