Is it OK to write a full Hub about an Amazon or eBay product and to put their links in the Hub? Would that be considered as a promotional Hub?
Amazon product, yes. If you can give a full and detailed review with your own images. You need a good, balanced description of your personal experience with the item. If it comes over as overly-promotional, i.e. it is obvious you are trying to sell the item, it won't pass QAP and you'll have wasted your time.
EBay - no. The capsule has been discontinued.
