I realise that new articles posted here need to mature before external links carry any weight, but what exactly is the score before this happens (nofollow removed from links)?
Also, what is the best way to speed up this process and does this work at account level or individual hub level?

I see other hubs with 62 or 68 hub score.. mine is 72 and still, the outgoing links are nofollow. help, please:( I can't use hubpages as a backlink otherwise!
