I am wanting to create a hub on "how to make 50 dollars fast" and this involves signing up for a free cashcrate.com account. It will be a hub of high quality but I have heard hubpages has gotten pretty crazy about affiliate links due to overabuse, which I understand. However, I would like to see added privileges in place for hubbers with high hub scores and rating.

I think there are some sites like clickbank that they don;t allow at all. but ti is less than totally clear.
An option I'd try is add the cash crate link to one of your current hubs and then hit publish. That way, if it won't let you publish it, you know that affiliate isn't allowed and you can easily remove it - and save yourself a lot of work.
