How NLP influences your personal development

Updated on February 15, 2013

NLP has a structure of six big parts and we are discussing them right away.

Emotional intelligence. Your emotional intelligence is defined by you and how you act. You are the most important part of the NLP, you make NLP real and more important you are the one that controls the NLP so for you it is just a tool in achieving whatever you want. With this tool you can create something beautiful, so beautiful that your world will become wonderful, or you can create something useless so nobody will even notice it. NLP can be good or can be bad and here is when you intervene. Your success depends of how smart and ingenious you are, but more it depends of how you are using NLP as a tool. Saying this with few words could sound like this: do what you say and say what you do. This is the part where all your purposes, ideas and values are combined with you actions and your own words.

You and about you. 13 ideas about how you can understand yourself better. I will talk about this later because I want you to pay attention to these ideas.

Expressing your ideas. This is where each and every one of us had problems. We don’t know how to communicate to others, but the key to success is very simple to understand. All you have to do is to respect how the others see the entire world and what are the meanings of this world for them. When you are able to communicate your ideas in a way that others could understand, they immediately will become more friendly and interested into your ideas. So, before you are trying to say something to somebody, first of all you have to understand that person and his ideas. Also there is a great benefit, and the benefit is the trust gained by the person you are communicating with.

Knowing what you want to achieve. This is one of the most important parts. Knowing what you want can easily turn into something successful and this is structured by an optimistic mind and a target. Every time you want to do something, do it like you know it will happen and the target that you have in your mind will be achieved. Nevertheless you have to know the following: where you are ( point A ), where you want to be ( point B ) and how can you get from point A to point B using your own resources or creating new ones.

Getting what you want. You know what you want, but also you have to pay attention at what you get. This part is all about feedback and there are two types of feedback: the feedback that you are giving yourself and the feedback received from the others. The most important is that one you are giving yourself because it is based on your own senses and feelings. If what you do feels right then you can continue and you will achieve your purposes.

If there are no results, try something else. The most important thing is not to give up! When you know what you want and what you get you do everything that is possible to achieve them. If you don’t what you want from the first try, don’t give up because there are much more perspectives who can be approached by you, you just have to find the right perspective.
