Should the world be dark when the sun goes down?
If we turned off all the street lights, lights in shop windows and neon signs after midnight would it stop global warming?
No, the entire world will not be dark. There is always some part of the world that is exposed to the sun. If it is night in North America, then it is day in Europe. And vice versa.
No, turning off all lights will not stop global warming. It may conserve energy usage, but is still not enough to stop global warming. Because global warming comes from driving cars, methane from cattle and cows (because we eat too much beef), and from industrial output (such as factories), and coal-burning industrial plants.
yeah. i think so . mean sun is them major source of light n turning on electricity from our means nothing as compared to sun'z light
Do not panic and hope to go into darkness, if you are afraid of global warming.
There is technology now that can brighten your night if you need.
Solar power, wind energy are other forms of energy can be stored in batteries and light up you night if you choose to do so.
Many other form of re-newable energy that will not cause global warming can be utilized.
