If you are a recent college or postgraduate student, would you rather be unemployed & wait
for a job that you like/commensurate w/your education or would you take a Mcjob until you could do better?
I'll prefer to take mc job untill i do much better. I'm doing b.tech in computer science and there are lots of students doing the same, and people said that it is tough to get job in this crowd. But it is not true, if you are talented and you have focused on getting knowledge rather than studying only to pass exam, you will surely get a good job. And if, in the case i am unable to get a proper job, instead of being unemployed, i will take any job to earn money and became self-depend. And at that stage i will word hard to improve myself untill i get a good job.
I graduated with my Bachelors degree and immediately started looking for retail jobs. I knew before I even started my degree that I would have a very hard time getting a job in that field without a graduate degree. I did look for opportunities within my field but as expected, nothing (paid) was available with only a Bachelors degree as a qualification.
Anyway, doesn't bother me. I'll get the job I want when I'm done my Masters degree. I don't mind working in a job that isn't my forever career until then. I'm not sure I see the point in just sitting around and waiting for the job you want when you have no idea if it'll be a month or two years from now. Might as well earn money and add to your job experience in the meantime.
look for a part time job and wait, earn money first, don't idle at home

Do you think recent college graduates expect to be paid more compared to their senior counterparts?Meaning, hey feel entitled because of the schooling they've been through that they expect to start off with high pay and virtually no experience.
