Can I download Netflix streaming videos?

Just wondering if there's any way I can download Netflix streaming videos or movies for later watching.

Heard there's going to be a limit on the number of movies you can stream at a time or something like that and I pretty much do not like this because sometimes I want to stream  and watch other Netflix movies than the rest if the family.

So is there any workaround that would let me download Netflix streaming videos or movies in some way?

Ya man, You can download any video from the net. And Its more easy to download any streaming videos. Just use DAP software. here you will have a plugin named download video. you can use it. Or you can search any other software from the internet.

    Thanks

    DAP to download streaming videos?

Not sure it works this time, I mean I haven't used that video downloader for anything but I doubt it it would actually work to download Netflix streaming videos or online movies from their library.

Might be wrong but Netflix streams have some sort of protection on them plus whenever I found any good movies to watch round here I had to stream and watch online, never saw any option to let me download Netflix streaming videos as well.

Hmm really, limit on streaming only one Netflix movie at  time? Didn't know about that one.

But hey what are you gonna do, after all it's not possible to download Netflix streaming movies and videos or anything like that.

You can only watch streaming Netflix videos online on your devices, doubt it that the protection they have on Netflix streams would let you use any ordinary streaming video downloader app to solve the problem for you.

I see only one way out of this: if you find interesting movies to watch round Netflix library get the dvd rentals.

Idk for sure if you can do this or not, was never interested to find out how to download Netflix streaming movies from Netflix Library. I didn't manage to find that many interesting movies to watch there to be worth the trouble for me to download Netflix streaming.

Anyhow, there was some method to download streaming videos and shows from Netflix mentioned here:

    http://lifehacker.com/345566/download-n … load-links

Found it on Google, suppose it's up to you to figure out if it still works for downloading Netflix streaming to hdd.Cheers!

If I were you I'd start by looking at most recent solutions mentioned to work to capture or save Netflix streaming shows and videos to the hdd.

The reason I am saying this is cause I think this way you'd have a better chance to solve this and find a good working way to save Netflix streaming with newer Netflix downloader apps or whatever these are called.

Of course don't get me wrong older solutions to saving movies from Netflix might be equally good, but the chances are higher these might have stopped working to download Netflix streaming because of tweaks and changes in Netflix streams.

Well, not sure if this helps you work out how to download Netflix streaming videos or not but here goes nothing...

There was some downloader toolbar or something like that, ant I think it was called that also worked as a Netflix downloader or something similar.

This one worked to download and save streaming videos from Netflix Library, the only problem is that as far as I recall this Netflix download downloaded Netflix streaming movies in tons of small files.

You got many files for a single Netflix video stream so I am really not that sure if it's really worth the trouble to download streaming videos from Netflix this way.

Idk, not that many good movies to watch round that Netflix streaming library, for me at least.

If they decide to add newer movies and tv series than count me in, I'd also be very interested to see how to save Netflix streaming videos.

Meanwhile, have you looked up on google how to capture or download Netflix streaming videos or anything like that? Surely there must be some solutions to save Netflix streaming round there worth checking out.

This search on how to save Netflix streaming should get you started:

The best way to solve this, that probably will save you a lot of head aches, is not to try to download Netflix streaming videos, since this is a bit tricky and hard to achieve because of the protection that Netflix streaming uses on its online videos and movies, but rather record netflix streaming with some app straight from your computer.

If you capture or record streaming videos from Netflix I think you don't mess with any of the protection and you'll get to save Netflix streaming pretty easy.

Some third party screen capture or recorder app is pretty good for the job, I think I actually saw a couple that might be worth trying in some google search mentioned here on how to save Netflix streaming.

Let me know if this was helpful.

I think a screen record program should definitely be a good solution for you and help you save Netflix streaming videos to the hdd.

Now the thing is that you should probably try out more screen capture or recorder programs to see which one works best to capture and save Netflix streaming movies for you.

Not all screen capture programs are up for the job I think, some of them are not powerful enough to capture Netflix streaming in decent quality and you might end up with choppy videos.

Idk, other than this I think google is gonna be even more helpful than me to find some screen capture apps to try out.

    Good luck, dude.big_smile

Not so hard to solve the problem, if you find the right program for the job.

As some of the guys round here already suggested, a screen capture program will be more helpful for you to save Netflix streaming videos rather than a Netflix streaming video downloader or some other app that downloads videos off the web...

Netflix's video streams have protection on them and this makes most video downloaders useless to capture netflix streaming. Now on the other hand, a screen capture app does not mess with any of that protection and merely records Netflix streaming movies for you.

If you want, you can take a closer look at some Audials Tunebite piece of software. This one works, among other things, to capture and record Netflix streaming videos and movies to the hard disk for offline viewing plus it can also convert netflix movies to whatever format you need for your devices.

There' s some guide on how the app works to capture Netflix movies, should be more helpful than my going on and on about it:

    http://audials.com/en/how_to_record_str … tflix.html

Anyhow, this piece of software worked for me every time for the job, it's pretty fast an reliable and gets you good quality videos and movies.
