With different generations comes different forms of communication.  Yes there are still strong messages for young people.  Many churches are moving to rock and roll as part of their music.  The reason is very simple.  This is what the young people listen to.  Other organizations, entities and social groups are including rock and roll for that same reason.

Basic marketing/advertising directs that messages have to be targeted to the audience.  If the message is meant for young people then rock and roll is probably the avenue the message should be delivered.

However, we must also recognize that the value or ethic of the message must equally be considered.  Plant old rotten seeds and get bad harvests.  Plant good seed and the harvest is plentiful.

I believe that rock and roll is still here to stay it will never die. Kids now have internet and you tube to push away the idea of recording studios. Now you can make the music you like and sell it on world wide web.

Rock n' roll is universal so I'm positive it will always speak to young people - even if not all of them, many will hear what it has to say and love it!

    It sure does!!!!!!

Whenever I hear Roy Orbison croon "Leah" it makes me want to go diving and look through all the oysters - "gotta go deep and find the one that's right".... - to find a pearl for my girl....

P.S.  Her name isn't Leah... but I can assure you, she'll never turn down a pearl!!!

Yes Of Course I Do. So Many Young People Listen To Rock And Roll And Find Inspiration In It To Try And Create Their Own Rock Career And Try To Be So Much Like The Greats As Well As Put Their Own Style To It.

The message sent through rock and roll specifically has changed indeed over the laser few decades. The message today in 2012 is very distorted and event has a darker message. This is not an official statement from Tribal Existance Productions Worldwide but is a thought from Marcus Chapman CTO & Project Manager of TEP Worldwide

Yes! IMHO its more of a question of what message are you choosing to listen to, though.
