My name's Helen and I'm from Fife, Scotland.

I was a Registered Nurse for many years before becoming a care manager and trainer for health workers. I now work for Fife Cultural Trust in their libraries and I'm also developing my career as a freelance writer.

My main topics of interest are health, science, nature, history, paranormal, Spirituality, folklore and anything mysterious and weird.
