How to Make My Marinated and Grilled Chicken Salad
My Marinated and Grilled Chicken Salad!!!!
Marinated, Grilled, Delicious!
Hello again! I made my marinated grilled chicken breasts served over a fresh garden salad for our dinner last night and thought I'd share with you how I do it! This dish is one that everyone in my family truly enjoys and is rather healthy compared to alot of other dishes. An ice cold garden fresh salad topped with a sizzling hot, grilled chicken breast and your favorite dressing! What could be better than that? Let's get started!
My Marinated and Grilled Chicken Salad
Marinade Ingredients: 3 tbls. worchestershire sauce, 3 tbls. Italian salad dressing, 1 tsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning, 1 tsp. black pepper and a squeeze of lemon. Mix all marinade ingredients in a glass bowl and set aside.
4 boneless chicken breasts
Romaine lettuce, hand torn into pieces
Roma tomatoes, chopped
Green onions, chopped
Celery, chopped
Mushrooms, sliced
Place breasts in marinade, cover bowl and place in fridge for a couple of hours. In a large bowl mix all salad ingredients together (add any other salad ingredients you wish)! Grill chicken breasts over hot coals, turning until done! Place a large amount of salad on a plate. Slice breast across the grain and squeeze lemon over them. Place breast on top of salad and add your favorite dressing. Enjoy!
Remember you can experiment and add any ingredients you wish to this salad! Have fun!
Thanks!
