What do the different levels of ads mean when you post?

I am not sure of this, so don't be mad at me if I'm wrong, but I think it has to do with the number of places where ads can be shown on the hub.
When you set it to high, it can be visible in more areas around your hub, with specific formats/layouts.
Example: when you put more than one text capsule in, HubPages separates the first two text capsules, so as to add more ads spaces.
If you set it to a lower setting, then you will have less ads on your hub.
I'll be glad, if someone else can confirm that or let me know if I am wrong.
Again, I'm not really sure.
I kind of figured that but wanted to be sure. Good thing, because if you were wrong I would have been so mad!

If a hub score is in the 60-70's does this mean you should stop writing?
