    Hello Everyone,

I have just returned to hubpages after being away for over a year. I have updated some of my hubs and I am starting to write new hubs again. I cannot remember how to link one of my hubs to a new hub that I have recently written. I do not think they are in the same catagory, but they definitely could go well together.

Thank you in advance for your help.

P.S I am so happy to be back on hubpages smile

Use the link suggestion tool or on the edit mode of your hub go to the particular text module and  highlight the phrases that you want to link and the link tool comes up, you can internally link your hubs this way.

      Welcome back to HP Whikat

Thank you Sofs for a reply.

I can't seem to do that because one of my hubs is about cover letters and the other about jobs. When I try the link tool my other hubs do not come up. Is there another way or should I just forget about linking the 2?

    Welcome back to HubPages! smile

You can do this two different ways.

    (a) highlight a word or phrase, as Sofs suggested, but click on the "link" (chain) which is in the bar going across the top of your text capsule and then insert the hub's URL or select the hub you want from the drop-down menu available. Click save. It will return you to the text capsule, if you have more to write. If not, then click save and close it.

    (b) use a "link" capsule. Click on link capsule, it will display one in your hub. Edit the link capsule and cut and paste your URL for the hub you want to link to in the long white bar. Then click the button at the end of the white bar. It should import your hub into the link capsule within seconds. Then click save.

    I hope that helped. smile

      Hello Cagsil,

Thanks much for the warm welcome back and the information. I will use the link capsule to link them together. I really appreciate the information from both you and sofs. Looking forward to seeing you around HP.

Thanks again sofs and casgil smile

You can also use an RSS which will allow 8 hubs.  This might be that easiest way.   Also, you can build RSS based on tags, this would allow a couple of different RSS feeds.

      Thanks SteveoMc,
You are my hero. That sounds like a great way to offer more to my readers, as well as possibly sending out some hub love to my hub friends. It's perfect, thank you. smile

Go to edit mode ,select the word which you want to link with any of your hubs or other hubbers hub, then click on "chain" icon next, pop up window will appear, input the URL of the page which you want to link this word to, then click insert.
All other ways has already been described.
