Anyone seen of the Make Money Ads?

   Anyone bit annoyed at those Ads claiming to make single moms $1000's a day on Google? We know it is a lot of hard work to get good at it, it took me 11 months to get decent paypack

      nope. not seen the ads, but I tend to ignore anything that says "thousands a day".

      I don't care about those kind of ads. If it is true why those people come to share the ideas for low cost.
      
      Some times those ads are true provided you work hard for a year or 2.

      Those ads make me mad. Maybe if they said 1000/week or 1000/month which is still good, but man that is over exaggerating everything.

   You mean the 'this mom earns $$$$$$ working from home, find out her secret blah blah'? It took me a full years worth of research and a couple of failed attempts to find a legitimate way of earning money online, so these ads make my blood boil, especially as they are aimed at vulnerable people.

   I am one of the "top contributors" on the Google Web Search Forum and I often see comments by people who have been scammed and are having difficulty getting the monthly payments stopped.
   I remember last year I saw one lady who signed up for a $1.99 offer and ended up paying $150 per month. The small print (buried on another page) revealed the true horror of the scam, she was signed up to no less than six different money making schemes and they were each taking £25 per month. It turned out the $1.99 was a three day introductory offer.
   She tried getting in touch with the companies but they just kept her on hold, premium rate phone number of course. Not exactly what a single mum on low income needs during a recession!
   I know that Google took legal action against several of the worst offenders in September last year and in June of this year they won a court order banning the companies from using the Google logo or name (the work at home scam was implying that it was a job offer with Google)
   Unfortunately I have seen a rise in the number of scammy ads of late and suspect another round of vulnerable people will be ripped off. I did notice a lull in the number of people complaining about such crud but it appears on the rise again.

   ya. I have seen that types of silly ads.. that says to make $1000 a day.. ! I think Google or any directories and hoster should not even approved to make their space on internet!

   It says a single mom earns £13,000 a month which is roughly $26,000. They are on some of my hubs at the moment. I know some of the best hubers on here work their buts off to get that amount in a year.
