Perhaps it has something to do with the text being crawled by the spiderbots. Or it may be a trick!
Interesting because the only thing I have inside the content is white space!
Lots of people are looking for empty space nowadays!
Maybe they have an epiphany looking at empty space
The title of your hub is probably a keyword with high search volume ..and as it is being crawled it is increasing in score... your visits are also counted as activity may be that is adding to it...I am not sure though!
yeah you have a long tail... you'll need it
Typical female! They're always commenting on my tail!
isn't that a sexist statement ...personal attack.. ..
Depends on if you are a female snake or not!
Some say my tongue is much sharper than my fangs. Or my wit!
too sharp...may be you should be careful what you do with it... No I don't mean the typing with the tail
Sorry, controlling a forked tongue is no easy matter. Thus the bad rep serpents are stuck with. Care for an apple?
Isn't that easy to manipulate my score then since my own visit count as well?
If you have given the title, it will become a URL and it is treated as a hub, though not published and hence score increases.

After a while of not posting, I was pleasantly surprised to see my author score in the 80's. This inspired me to start posting articles here again. However, now I have noticed it dipped down to 74. Ugh, that is a bit frustrating. What can I do to increase the author score? Is there anything at all?

Hi everybody! I'm new to HubPages, and I just published my first hub, a free verse poem. I got a HubScore of 54 on it, so I'm worried that it isn't good enough and needs to be improved somehow. Is my writing quality not good enough? Should there be more capsules on the page, or should I put in an...
