Having thoroughly dominated San Antonio in Game 4 last night, the Grizz are one victory away from sending Tim Duncan and company home for the summer,

Maita San Antonio looked old last night. I am worried about the Lakers too. Oklahoma City is looking pretty tough with Perkins at center now

Hi Tony...Lakers and SA are in trouble really, anyway they don't have anything to prove anymore so, let us just see what will happen.

Although I see that SA is more in trouble than Lakers!!

This was the Grizzlies' hardest matchup. I think that they'll fare well in the next round as well. There's a realistic change of Memphis going the whole way to the finals.

you wont have the same teams going deap into the playoffs this year.Randolph is killing the spurs and paul is killing the lakers. Neither team has answers for those 2 guys.

That game 5 had an amazing finish. It looked like the Spurs were done, as they had to hit on three great plays in the last 13 seconds to force overtime, including Gary Neal's three-pointer at the buzzer. This reminded me of how difficult it is to knock out a team that has championship experience like the Spurs do. I'm pulling for the Grizzlies to win because it is a great story to have a #8 take down a #1, especially without their best player, Rudy Gay. However, if the Grizzlies don't get them in game 6 tonight at home then it looks like they will have let this opportunity slip away. Either way, the Grizzlies should be proud of what they've been able to do.

Two up and coming teams that will be contending for many years to come. It almost feels like the landscape of power in the NBA is shifting as some of the traditional powerhouses are near the end of their runs due to their aging teams, while young and talented teams like OKC and Memphis are emerging.

Exactly, both the Lakers and the Celtics are starting to get long in the tooth. Chicago and OKC and the Grizzlies are young talented and hungry. But I am a diehard Lakers fan so I will alaways pull for my team even when they are 50 ! smile

You know the Lakers are always able to rebuild though because most great players would love to play for the Lakers. There's been rumors that Dwight Howard could end up there in the next few years. That would be awesome!!

I hope not.  No offense, but I can't stand the Lakers.  Personally, if I had my way, I think he should stay with the Magic and have Chris Paul join him there.  That duo alone would be a force to be messed with if you add Paul to that current magic roster.
