Oh, I don't want to run you off at all. I love you being here. It is fun for me. Scalia and Thomas both have histories of voting on issues that they personally have a financial stake in. Can you show me ANYTHING on Sotomeyer resembling such a violation of the people's trust?

Allegiance to a group, (gang), sworn to overthrow the US Govt. and take states isn't enough.

        Right.

Also, any proof that La Raza wants to overthrow the US Govt?

The tea party is not anti-American.

That is a BS spin job by you Leant Leftists to charactor assassinate the tea partiers, just like the racist and bigot labels. And America sees it.

We know who the haters are. You can see it just speaking to people like yourself. Hate hate hate, it is all you spew, your rallies are vicious and anti-American, full of Communists, Socialists and illegals.

    America sees it. .

      H Y P O C R I T E

Yeah, there are no talks from Tea Partiers about seceding from the Union, an act of treason. Yeah...right. Would you like a video of them saying it?

      1. TMMason profile image61
TMMasonposted 12 years agoin reply to this

The states have the right to secede from the union Tex.

There was a huge debate about the lawfullness of the civilk war because the States are not pperpetually bound to the feds.

But no we do not want to secede... we are simply going to vote the Socialists and Commies out, along with all those who hold anti-American anti-Consitution views.

        Simple as that.

I think the Civil War settled whether or not the states can secede.

I am not so sure. I do not know what would happen if a State today did decide through super-majority vote and referendum to secede what would occurr. I would imagine it would end up in the Supreme Court at least.

But I don't think anyone can say for sure until a state tries to.

Have to agree, didn't have to read the forum, you get good at spotting someone that just wants to be entertained by starting arguments, and no matter what you say, the motive is the get you riled up! I aree 100% with TMMason, think there are better ways to enterain ourselves!

It is true knol. There is a tea party group here in Florida started by a Democrat, and he said he did it so he could gain off the surge of the tea party.

More than one group has taken that name. Even Van Jone has just stated a tea party group... so not so looney.

What a foolish, clearly biased, forum post.

Almost every supreme court justice has been biased since the passage of the Constitution.
