For months now I have been trying to understand if I have set up my Google Adsense right. Then three days ago, I logged in to check my Adsense, and was trying to add a hub. I switched from the new version to the old version, added the hub, then exited out. A few hours later I went to go check on my adsense because I remembered I had left it in the old version. I clicked on Adsense I received a blank page, with the little yellow triangle in the bottom left corner. Thinking that I was having problems with my computer, I logged off and logged in on my laptop. The screen was the same.
Now, I am confused as to whether Google has banned me (for all the changes I was trying to make) or if it is a glitch on their end. I have tried finding ways to email them with no luck, and even sent them feedback of the problem from my Google profile. If someone could help me that would be great.
Is anyone else having this problem also?
If you were banned by Google, you'd get an email saying so. It sounds a lot more like your laptop is having a cacheing problem.
BTW, you can add Hub URLs in the new interface too, so there's no need to go back and forth between versions.
I don't understand why we need to add a hub explicitly in the Adsense interface? Is it not enough if we configure it in the affiliate settings page in the HubPages configuration ? All the hubs under a hubpages account is automatically tracked by Adsense correct? Or am I missing something here ?
You don't have to add each hub to Adsense and yes all your hubs would be automatically tracked by Adsense. But if you want to know specifically how a certain hub is doing then this is when you could if you wanted to add it to Adsense.
Thanks for the clarification JustAskSusan.
Can't we do that by enabling Google Analytics and linking Adsense to it ? I always thought that URL's in Adsense interface is meant to track for multiple sites i.e if you have your own sites along with Hubpages. Again, maybe I am missing something here. Please correct me if any of assumptions are wrong.
Here is a hub that you may find useful in regards to Google Adsense/Url's etc. http://edweirdo.hubpages.com/hub/How-To … Easy-Steps
Thanks Relache, I emptied my cashe and cookies on both computers, and still get the same blank page. I couldn't find out where to add the URL to the new interface, which was why I flipped from new to old. I haven't received an email from Google yet, so that is a good thing. I was hoping it was a glich on their end. Oh well, I guess I will have to keep reading and looking.
Thank you JustAskSusuan and msivakumar. Hopefully this will work itself out. I will probably be back with more questions. It was weird how I was earning money, but all of a sudden can't view anything.
Thanks again for all of your help.
tlpoague, Maybe you should contact google and see if it is a problem on their end. I hope that this all gets sorted out for you and soon.
Thanks JustAsk Susan,
No worries on the typo of my name. (I wanted something that looked like a real name, so I used my initials and a family last name. It never occured to me that the little l would look like an i. I had a great laugh after the fact. I am growing fond of being called tip instead of tl. How often is it that one can aquire a nickname on the net? This is a pleasing first for me.)
Hopefully this will help others that are having issues like I am with the Adsense. What I figured out so far was that if I viewed my Adsense in the new interface, I would get a white blank screen. I finally was able to switch back to the old interface, and am now able to view my adsense. I'm still not sure if it was on my end or theirs, but I sent them a message; and thought I would post what I figured out here for others who may be experiencing the same problem. I had followed all the instructions they had given, but still wasn't having any luck. I was happy to find a way back to the old interface, so I could view my earnings. I thank everyone for their help trying to solve this mind boggling issue. (It was one less blown brain cell for me.)

I haven't viewed my adsense from Google in awhile, so when I tried to log on today to change a bank account I noticed I couldn't view adsense in classic view anymore. Previously I had the problem where I couldn't view it in the new version. Is anyone else having this problem? If so, how do I fix...

Now don't get me wrong, I totally love writing on Hubpages and being a part of the Hubbing community, but I have lost a little heart recently when one hub of mine on "How to Improve Male Fertility" had the ads disabled based on automatic filters. This problem I reported in order to have...
