      Thanks @Lionhod for informing me of my stolen Hub. I have filed a DMCA report. Thanks again.
      
      On another note. I have a question for you and other readers. I have filed DMCA complaints in the past and some are approved and some rejected. I don't understand how or why they would approve a site that is clearly a copyright infringement (my entire Hub duplicated, including pics), but reject others. I have tried to resubmit my complaint with a given URL, but they will not accept the submission of a URL previously submitted. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
      
      The site I'm referring to is http://www.killtimewithgymtime.com/about-us-1.html
      
      I have tried to contact the owner but to no avail.
      
      Any suggestions?
      
      Just to be clear. When Google says "rejected", that means the site URL content was removed. But those that say 'approved' are still up and active. Still don't understand why Google would 'approve' any of these duplicate sites!?

         Actually as I understand it, it's the opposite. Rejecting your DMCA means you didn't prove your claim. Approving your DMCA should mean the page has has been taken down.

            My list shows the exact opposite. The sites that show 'approved url' are gone. But just out of curiosity, if a site cannot be removed or taken down by Google, is there a way Google might be able to block or ignore their site completely so that it no longer registers as duplicate content? Just a thought.

      I went on there and saw a lot of articles I've seen on hubpages, I didn't even have to read them. The question is, what do we do about it?

   If any of your content was stolen, definitely file a DMCA with Google. I also emailed the blog owner and told her to take down my article.
   
   Additionally I sent a comment in two of the hubs I noticed, informing the owners and telling them to delete my message once they received the info.

      Thanks, but I tried going to that page and got an error message. (LOL yes I did replace the DOTs, but I'm not getting anywhere with it.)

   I just had my DMCA rejected by Google, because I didn't file it correctly. It has to be filed specifically to blogger.

   Also, google says they will deal with repeat offenders and you should contact SOMEBODY if you believe this person to be a repeat offender (which she definitely is). However I couldn't figure out WHO I was supposed to contact for that. Grrr!

   I filed a 2nd request (hopefully correctly this time, with Blogger) but it's not showing in my Webmaster Tools DMCA dashboard, and the stolen page is still up.
   
   Any suggestions on how to handle, or specifically how to report a repeat offender (Google's info on that is vague) would be appreciated.
