Wrong Photos Showing on Hub

    Is anyone having a problem with the wrong pictures showing on their hubs or bio pages?  Every time I look at my list other people's photos are showing on my articles.  Like this one.  How is this happening and is there anything I need to do to stop it?  Thanks

    Flowers or pencils show up in the photo, but not the book.

      That looks like one of those random images which HubPages sometimes puts on when you don't insert any image yourself.

        sallybea, I do have an image though. It's just not showing mine.  I visited someone else's site and saw the same photo in theirs. Strange!

          Strange I have noticed, for instance, if you ask a question and don't put on an image, Hubpages will put in one of their own one specially commissed ones.  I did ask about it once and they said that this was their policy as the post looked better with an image.  Why they would substitute on of their own is odd.  Have you had the hub edited by Hub pro perhaps?.

            No I haven't, but it is odd. The photo is on the hub when you open it like usual, but not on the bio page.

    This happens to me when I am using my iPad. It always seems to show wrong images including other people's pics on my hubs. I never have the problem when using a laptop or pc.

      Jodah I'm using my desktop and it's happening. For some reason my shorter articles that boast one particular item or book have had this happen.

    When I went to your profile, I saw a different flower than the one you showed. I clicked on your hub to see if that flower picture was in your hub, but it wasn't. You don't have any pictures in the hub.  All I saw were images from Amazon capsules. You can use a picture of a book, but you have to load it a an image.

      You're right, the photo changes which is really funny strange. It could be a flower, pencil, crayons ... I've never had to post a photo plus the Amazon one, but you may be onto something here.  Thanks
