Hello Pals,
I'm a newbie in this great and splendid site and would want to have a nice time with you guys and also want to explore the full potential of this great site.
Can anyone knowledgeable about this site outline the money making opportunities and how to use it to the fullest to me?
Any assistance on this will be highly appreciated.
hope to hear from you guys pretty soon.
Cheers,
David.
Hi David
One of the best ways would be to read as many useful Hubs as poss. They will show you how. simply type in e.g "making money on-line" in the search box and I assure you whatever comes up will keep you busy for the next few days. G/Luck.
Ps. I read a Hub today that totally blew me away. Thought I'd learnt a lot in the months I've been here - turns our I haven't even scratched the surface.
So Read.
Hello David - welcome to the site. I guess the easiest way for you to learn is to read FAQ's and what have you plus check out some of the top hubbers (find them by clicking the link, upper left 'hubbers') and seeing how they do things.
Moneymaking. You have a choice of four affiliates - adsense, amazon, kontera and ebay. Most avoid kontera unless/until they're generating a lot of external traffic.
Generally folks stick with the other three. Adsense generates money via clicks on ads on individual hubs. Amazon by way of directly pointing folks at products that they may go on to purchase (you get a % of the sale) and ebay works similar to amazon.
There's different ways of writing to achieve the earnings. Best way is to (honestly) have a scoot round and see how others do it
I haven't been very specific but it's hard to put it all in a nutshell - which is not a talent of mine anyway. Any more you need, holla
@Frogdropping and Lady_E
Thanks alot for the great contribution.
However, more contributions are very much welcome
Cheers.

Just curious, but does anyone have experience with this? How'd you do it? Did you tell Google the article moved somehow or do anything else fancy? Or did you just copy, paste, delete from HubPages, and wait for Google to catch up?Im guessing there might be some duplicate content penalties from...

HP before Panda was a great community, a wonderful place with wonderful writers. After Panda, the dynamics have changed. We still have great writers, but folks aren't publishing as much. So, if you were a HP decision-maker, what would YOU do to reinvigorate the community and the site?

I have been thinking of leaving HubPages for a while now because of several reasons. With their latest ebay/amazon update I now have to reformat over 90 hubs (Some had not been published yet and I was waiting for Halloween). Rather than doing this I will use my time looking for a site and...

I have been an Amazon affiliate for more years than I can remember but I just received an email from them saying my account has been terminated due to adult content on my site. Knowing that I don't own any adult sites, and even if I did I would know not to put my Amazon links on the site, I...

I don't suppose I'm the only person wondering what happens if the machinations - automated or otherwise - lead to HubPages having a much REDUCED income stream from Amazon.Make no mistake - as Google Adsense income dives (which it has been doing consistently for months) - income from Amazon modules...

I just signed up (and haven't heard back yet -- no surprise there) but was actually looking forward to writing some articles that would fit well with an ebay moduleI know most people get money from adsense but I figured over time 20-30 percent from ebay would be peachy.just wondering if this is...
