Wizards Buy Your Wizarding World of Harry Potter Wands Here!

Sometimes wizards just need new wands and the opening of The World of Harry Potter recently at Universal Studios in Orlando has brought a whole new experience when it comes time to shop for a new wand.

You can visit Ollivander's Wand Shop and figure out which is the right wand for you. However, if you went to Orlando's newest and most exciting theme park and missed picking up a wand or you are, like myself, unable to get there at all, I have discovered that you can buy your Wizarding World of Harry Potter (WWHP) wand online. So please join me on a little tour of Ollivander's Wand Shop and find the perfect wand for you or your resident wizard.

When you enter Ollivander's Wand Shop, you meet the wand keeper who will ask the questions necessary to match you with the correct wand. The wand keeper will have you try out a few wands. As happens when the wrong wand is in the wrong wizard's hands, there may be a few problems before you are matched with the correct wand. Remember that, in the end, the right wand will choose you.

At the theme park, unfortunately, not every one gets to have the experience of having a wand choose them. From a line outside, you enter the shop with about 25 people. and the wand keeper chooses only one person to be picked by a wand.

The writer at the examiner.com says that it was worth visiting the shop several times because the special effects do change. On their third visit, late in the day, they were lucky enough to be the only visitors, which meant that the wand keeper chose a wand for the writer's husband. They were, of course, thrilled and you might want to keep this tip in mind if you are going to the park if it is important for your wizard to have his or her wand choose him or her.
